About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager for social communications to develop and lead Roborock’s social and content strategy in the German market.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Roborock's online presence is engaging, relevant, and aligned with the top-line marketing goals.
The candidate should possess a profound understanding of German culture and expertise in marketing communications, and have a deep, proven track record in creating creatives.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy Development : Design and execute a strategic social media plan to elevate brand presence and deepen connections with the local market.
Develop and implement targeted campaigns that resonate with the audience, utilizing insights and trends to drive engagement.
Social Media Management : Manage the official German accounts across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Coordinate social media content scheduling, creation, and publication based on the product roadmap, major communication milestones, trending topics, and industry trends.
Oversee content boosting, reputation management, performance monitoring, and reporting.
Creative Content Creation : Create engaging creative content for German marketing communications. Craft visually compelling content that resonates with local audiences, enhancing Roborock's brand connection with the German market through culturally relevant expressions.
The visual asset will be utilized on omni-marketing channels.
Marketing campaigns : Develop marketing campaigns and concept based on product launches or brand initiatives with engaging marketing strategies in a story-telling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in social media or marketing communications, with proven success in leading social media or marketing campaigns.
- Passionate about creative ideas, engaging contents, storytelling.
- Expertise in social media platforms, algorithms, and content creation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Having expertise in producing creative visual content or having a wide range of related vendor resources will be a big advantage.
- With English and German as a working language.
