In this key role in the greater Mannheim area as Head of Sales (m / f / d) Special Machinery Construction , you are not just a salesperson, but a strategic partner for global pharmaceutical companies. As the business unit is currently massively expanding its sales area, you will have the opportunity to help shape structures and lead plant projects with a volume of up to €10 million per order to success.

Your tasks
End-to-end sales : Handling the entire cycle from initial contact to the acquisition of new and existing customers (focus on pharmaceuticals) through to closing the deal.
Technical conception : Development and design of complex quotation concepts and technical advice for customers.
Solution development : Identification of specific requirements and development of customized, validatable system solutions.
Market presence : Visiting customers on site (approx. 2-3 times per month) and representation at international trade fairs (approx. 5 appointments / year).
Strategy : Analyzing the market, identifying new business opportunities and developing sales strategies to open up new markets.
Setting standards : Definition of technical standards and internal quality specifications.
Your profile
Qualifications : Degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable technical training.
Experience : Several years of experience in technical sales and project management, ideally in the field of CIP / WIP stations or cleaning systems.
Specialist know-how :
Terms such as GMP , audit trail , plant qualification (V-model) and validatable cleaning machines are part of your everyday life.
Personality : Confident appearance, high level of presentation skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
Languages : Business fluent in German and English.
Mobility : Willingness to travel (approx. 20-30%, focus on DACH).
