Senior Project Manager / Project Manager
I'm currently seeking experienced senior project managers to join my client's offices / site in Germany, with a strong emphasis on the delivery of Advanced Technology and life sciences EPCMV Projects.
You'll play a crucial role in various EPCMV projects, ranging from early feasibility studies to modifying existing plants and production lines, as well as constructing large greenfield & Brownfield projects.
Your responsibilities will encompass :
- Ensuring the achievement of project objectives agreed upon with the client within the specified time and budget constraints
- Defining the project delivery strategy to meet the project objectives
- Planning and overseeing all activities across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and validation
- Initiating cost, risk, and deadline management, along with responsibility for project reporting
- Managing the project budget and implementing comprehensive change management
- Ensuring compliance with required project quality standards (QM & QC) or EHS requirements
- Properly managing project resources to maintain the highest level of professionalism in project delivery
What you'll need to bring to the table :
- Completed technical studies with a focus on process engineering, biotechnology, plant, or mechanical engineering, or equivalent training
- Training in project management or PM certification is advantageous
- A minimum of 8 years of project management experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, advanced technology EPCMV projects
- In-depth technical and economic understanding of project processes, Project controls, project commercials and occupational health and safety
- Strong team orientation coupled with commitment and a hands-on mentality
- Experience in technical and / or interdisciplinary personnel management
- Proficiency in both German and English languages
- Willingness / ability to travel within Europe
