Requirements

  • Successfully completed training ideally in the IT sector Experience in the field of telephony & cloud
  • Good knowledge of SIP SBC proxy Linux and databases
  • Good knowledge of MS Office especially Outlook Excel and Word
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Knowledge of technical customer service or service desk and ticket systems desirable
  • Good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Participation in oncall duty
  • Class B driving license

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Administration support and new implementation of our cloud portfolio (Cloud PURE Zoom five9 ThinkOwl) Configurations of Freeswitch FusionPBX databases and more
  • Ensuring smooth operation and continuous development of cloud solutions
  • Technical support and advice for our customers on the use and integration of cloud services
  • Collaboration with internal teams to optimize and implement new functions and features
  • Planning implementations to be carried out in the SBC environment is also part of your job.
  • Installation configuration administration of virtualized server environments such as VMware Windows and Linux
  • You will be responsible for processing technical incidents / changes and projects in the SIP and session border controller environment.
