Video Marketing Manager (all genders)
Job Description
Our internal Video Marketing team is seeking an organized and creative individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for video production to help us celebrate our love for pets through engaging video content.
Tasks :
1. Content Creation & Production
- Develop and produce engaging video content that highlights products, educates pet owners, and tells stories aligned with the brand’s mission.
- Plan, storyboard, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms, including social media, website, and email marketing.
- Create a variety of video formats, such as product demos, customer testimonials, educational pieces, and short-form social media clips.
2. Campaign & Strategy Development
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to design video campaigns that align with the broader marketing strategy.
3. Post-Production
- Edit and refine video footage to create polished final products, incorporating sound, graphics, and animations where needed.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Create and manage a library of video assets for reuse across campaigns and platforms.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product, marketing, and customer support teams to understand key messaging points and unique selling propositions for products.
- Work closely with the social media team to develop video content that resonates with each platform's audience.
- Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and influencers to enhance content creation capabilities.
5. Brand Storytelling
Identify and share compelling stories about products, customers, and brand values that connect with pet owners emotionally.
Skills required :
Production Expert : You can organize, execute, and post-produce video productions. Whether it's for smaller projects or larger campaigns, you know how to make it happen.
Creative mind : Beyond your organizational skills, you have a talent for conceptual and creative thinking, bringing ideas to life with ease.
Technical expert : You're well-versed in standard editing software (Adobe Cloud) and have experience with recording equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio.
Gatekeeper : You will manage the creative process, timelines, and alignments with our stakeholders.
Communicator : You know how to communicate transparently, wisely, and effectively, and you're familiar with industry-standard documentation tools.
Qualifications
- You are an experienced video production expert with several years of experience.
- Your portfolio demonstrates your passion for detail, creativity, and the ability to produce outstanding content.
- You are proficient in organizing video projects and maintaining a structured working environment.
- You are based in Munich or nearby, to provide timely support when video shoots take place across the city.
- You are fluent in English, with proficiency in German being a plus.
