Schedule : Monday to Friday, 09 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM

Contract : 1-Year Fixed Term, Potential Extension

About You

Are you a Dutch (C1) and English (B2) speaker with a passion for digital marketing and a drive to succeed in sales? Were searching for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales & Marketing Agents. This is a great entry role in the vibrant field of social media marketing, supporting advertisers in maximizing their campaign performance.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance to advertisers, tailoring solutions for social media marketing strategies.
  • Analyze social media performance and offer actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with clients via inbound and outbound calls to support advertising objectives.
  • Complete Meta Blueprint Certification as part of the onboarding training.

Qualifications

  • Language Skills : Proficiency in Dutch (C1) and English (B2).
  • Eager to learn and develop in a sales and customer-centric environment.

  • Base Salary : 33,000 EUR gross annually, with up to 7,500 EUR in performance bonuses.
  • Monthly language bonus of 300 EUR for Dutch proficiency.
  • Relocation Bonus : Up to 1,900 EUR for moves from outside Germany.
