What we are looking for :
To help us on our mission, we are looking for an experienced and highly ambitious Commercial Operations Manager. As a Commercial Operations Manager at AnyDesk you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of the commercial team to ensure efficient and effective business processes. This role involves managing Sales and Customer Success operations, driving process improvements, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with various departments to achieve strategic business goals.
- Serve as a liaison between sales, customer success, support and business systems teams
- Oversee the commercial process, including pipelines, subscription management and pricing
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead initiatives to automate and optimize workflows, reducing manual efforts and errors
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to achieve common goals
- Collaborate with different departments to integrate and enhance systems and tools
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends
- Present insights and recommendations to management to inform strategic decision-making
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field or experience in a related fieldStrong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights with attention to detailProficiency in using CRM and ERP systems, as well as advanced Excel skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge of Salesforce and / or HubSpot eco-systems is a plusAbility to compile accurate and precise documentation for processesFast learnerFluent in English, German is a plusPreferred Skills and Experience :
