Founders Associate - AI / ML Consulting Lead

As the Founders Associate – AI / ML Consulting Lead, you’ll take a hands-on role in expanding our software engineering and AI / ML services. You’ll lead and grow a skilled team of forward-deployed engineers, and secure and manage major projects for clients across industries like retail, insurance, and energy.

This role includes a clear path to significant equity and future C-level responsibility.

Who we are : As a lean, bootstrapped team of 12, Code17 GmbH brings together senior software architects and pioneering ML researchers to partner with leading enterprises – Arvato, PwC, and AOK – on their toughest software engineering and AI challenges.

Position Details :

• Anticipated Start Date : Q2 / 2025
• Location : On-site or remote during the first six months (based in the EU, with Leipzig comfortably reachable by train). Conversion to a permanent, full-time management role requires on-site presence in Leipzig.
