What You’ll Do

• As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of the implementation plan : from designing architectures, establishing patterns and best practices, to aligning the project roadmap
• Through close collaboration with other practices and using agile working methods, you will iteratively participate in the design, development and validation of software at scale
• You will write high-quality application code using emerging technologies and frameworks primarily targeting cloud-based ecosystems
• You are responsible for the verification of components at the unit and integration level using proven validation techniques
• With your expertise, you enable all stakeholders within the product engineering team to deliver high-quality solutions within a collaborative product engineering team

What You’ll Bring

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of software engineering and have successfully graduated from university or equivalent experience
• You have experience with Azure and / or AWS and are proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, C# and modern frameworks such as Spring Boot, .Net and Langchain
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbally. German language skills are a plus (ideally B2+ level)
• It is advantageous if you have a background in full-stack development
• Experience with GenAI is a plus
