Job Title : Aftermarket Sales Manager – Mining Aggregates

Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Aftermarket Sales Manager to join our team in Germany, focusing on mining aggregates. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the aftermarket sales segment. You will lead initiatives to provide exceptional service and support to customers, including spare parts, maintenance, and service contracts, while identifying opportunities for upselling and new business development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Aftermarket Sales Growth :
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales of spare parts, maintenance services, and aftermarket solutions for mining aggregates equipment.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the mining and aggregates industry.
- Act as the primary point of contact for aftermarket inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Market Analysis & Strategy Development :
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive pricing models and sales strategies.
- Operational Excellence :
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely delivery of spare parts, repair services, and maintenance solutions.
- Monitor service quality and gather feedback to improve offerings.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership :
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Provide training and guidance to junior sales staff or distributors as needed.
- Reporting & Performance Metrics :
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Use CRM tools to manage customer data and sales activities.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in aftermarket sales, preferably in the mining or aggregates industry.Strong understanding of mining equipment and aggregates processes.Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.Ability to travel within Germany and internationally as needed.Key Competencies :
