HR Consultant (Betriebsübergang)

Job Title : HR Consultant – (3-Month initial Contract)

Location : Germany (mostly remote, with travel to Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe as required)

Start Date : ASAP

Overview :

We’re seeking an experienced HR Consultant with strong TUPE and transition program experience to support a major client project starting next week. This is a critical, short-term engagement requiring deep knowledge of German employment law and hands-on experience managing large-scale organizational transitions.

Key Requirements :

• Proven experience leading or supporting Betriebsübergang TUPE / employee transfer projects
• Strong understanding of German labour laws and HR regulations
• Fluent in German C1 and English C1
• Able to work onsite as needed in Bad Homburg
• Available immediately

Contract : 3 months (extension possible)
