An industry leader in the European renewable energy sector is seeking a Photovoltaic Product Management Expert to drive market strategy and product portfolio management. This role offers the opportunity to influence the future of photovoltaic solutions through innovation and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute photovoltaic market strategies and manage product portfolios across the European region.
  • Analyze new business models, technologies, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Plan and manage new product roadmaps and coordinate joint innovation projects.
  • Ensure the competitiveness of photovoltaic product solutions in the regional market.
  • Represent the organization in standardization groups and help establish ecosystems that lead industry advancements.

Professional Knowledge

  • Deep expertise in power electronics, automation, and Smart PV technologies .
  • Strong background in the energy industry with R&D or testing experience of relevant products.
  • Familiarity with products such as photovoltaic inverters, energy storage systems, DC / AC EV chargers, micro-inverters, and power converters is highly desirable.
  • Comprehensive understanding of energy industry trends, policies, market development directions, and the roles of industry organizations and equipment suppliers in various European countries.

  • Analyze industry and technology trends and provide strategic recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Develop strategies for key accounts, new business models, and standard changes.
  • Proficiency in market analysis methodologies, particularly within the photovoltaic and energy storage sectors.

    • Marketing Competency

  • Interact with customer experts and support high-level marketing initiatives.
  • Provide technical support to sales teams and represent the organization in key industry discussions.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product management, development, or solutions within the photovoltaic industry.
  • Familiarity with home smart photovoltaic systems, as well as commercial and small-scale industrial applications.
