Who we are

We are a medium-sized company with around 100 employees at two locations. Our IT is modern, hybrid (on-premise & cloud) and is managed by two specialists on site as well as external service providers.

We are currently looking for a new team member in IT as part of a succession plan - someone who wants to work with us long-term, takes responsibility, acts pragmatically and still thinks strategically. Above all : someone who is willing to lend a hand.

Your tasks - what you can expect from us

• Supporting the specialist departments in process optimization and integration of AI applications (e.g. automation, efficiency increase - no AI research, but concrete solutions for everyday life)
• Managing and collaborating with external IT service providers (you are the interface - professionally confident and communicative)
• First and second-level support for our employees (helping colleagues instead of turning away tickets)
• Administration of our hybrid infrastructure (on-premise & Azure Cloud) incl. Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Admin Center, Quest KACE, PRTG monitoring
• Collaboration in the further development of our IT systems and processes
