In this role, you'll help German agencies and businesses launch and optimize their online advertising campaigns , making a real impact on their success.

Purpose of the Role :

As a Campaign Specialist , you’ll work closely with clients in the German market , guiding them through their first digital advertising campaigns . It’s a target-driven role where you’ll work towards both individual goals and contribute to a collaborative onboarding team .

Responsibilities :

  • Act as a trusted consultant, assisting clients to onboard and create impactful PPC campaigns .
  • Understand customer needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions to help them grow.
  • Drive spend, upsell opportunities, and long-term campaign sustainability.
  • Manage a high volume of client interactions daily via phone, ensuring top-quality support.

Preferred Skills and Experience :

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent (an MA / MSc in Marketing , Digital Marketing , or Communications is a plus).
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales and / or online advertising .
  • A strong desire to meet and exceed productivity , customer satisfaction , and target goals.
  • Excellent communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals.
  • Effective time management and self-organization skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for optimization.
  • Client-focused with a passion for customer interaction and business success.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
  • Native level of German .
  • High proficiency in English .
