Job Overview
- Instructing employees on occupational safety issues and ensuring and guaranteeing compliance with safety regulations
- Technical and disciplinary supervisor (m / f / d) of all employees in the production of individual plastic parts (approx. 30 employees)
- Controlling the deployment of employees
- Advising, instructing and informing employees about duties, tasks, responsibilities and changes in the work process
- Carrying out the performance appraisal of subordinate employees
- Scheduling and technical monitoring and control of the workflow
- Eliminating operational disruptions in cooperation with other departments
- Initiating maintenance, informing superiors about defects and their elimination
- Optimizing and improving production processes
- Provision of department-specific key figures (OEE, etc.)
- Personnel planning, personnel deployment planning, detailed production planning
- Independent prioritization in the event of capacity bottlenecks and identification of risks
- Process optimization using analytical and statistical methods (5S method, 5 Why, Poka Yoke, Kanban, etc.)
