Client Partner

Europe - Remote (Germany Ideally)

€100k - €120k - €240k OTE

Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Partner to join our European team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our esteemed clients, primarily Fortune 500 companies and other large enterprises.

You will play a critical role in nurturing and expanding relationships with our customers, focusing on turning low-value, small deals into substantial, strategic accounts.'

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Engagement : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularly C-level executives, to understand their business challenges and needs.
  • Business Development : Identify opportunities to expand our footprint within existing accounts by upselling and cross-selling our suite of solutions.
  • Strategic Account Management : Develop and execute account plans to drive long-term value for both the customer and our business.
  • Travel : Frequently travel to customer sites in Germany for face-to-face meetings and presentations, while working remotely the majority of the time.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Reporting : Provide regular updates to senior management on account status, growth opportunities, and potential risks.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years in a client-facing role within the enterprise software or technology industry.
  • Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in selling to and engaging with C-level executives, with a history of turning small deals into large, strategic accounts.
  • Communication Skills : Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to senior stakeholders.
  • Travel Flexibility : Willingness and ability to travel frequently to Germany.
  • Location : Must be based in Europe and able to work remotely.
  • Language : English (required), German (preferred)
