What’s the role about?

As a Customs Team Lead , you’ll guide a team of customs professionals, ensuring that shipments clear borders efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with regulations. You’ll be the go-to expert, leading by example and helping both your team and our clients navigate the ever-evolving world of customs.

Your key responsibilities :

• Leading and mentoring a team of customs professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Overseeing the customs clearance process to ensure full compliance with laws and regulations.
• Managing workloads and allocating tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Working closely with clients and stakeholders, addressing any customs-related issues.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
• Providing training to enhance team expertise.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
