We are looking for a AI & Process Innovation Expert (f / m / d) to join our E.ON SE team as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify, design, and implement AI use cases to enhance strategy execution, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions in collaboration with IT, data teams, and vendors
• Apply Lean and E.ON Business System principles to develop AI-enabled process improvements
• Align AI initiatives with Energy Retail and group-wide digital, data, and sustainability strategies
• Build business cases, track impact, and ensure adoption through structured change management
• Promote responsible AI use, governance, and ethical implementation standards
• Educate and coach teams to strengthen AI literacy across the organization
