Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead and work closely with the business users in gathering requirements and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed project plan and system requirements for software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the midstream value chain, including pipeline operations, storage facilities, and transportation logistics.

This role will be focused on development and documentation of functional business requirements, business process consulting, development, ongoing system implementations and process improvement projects in support of the Information Technology standard methodologies.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Strategic Analysis & Planning by conducting comprehensive analysis of midstream operations, develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the transportation, storage, and processing of oil and gas
• Data Management & Reporting, collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to midstream operations, also developing detailed reports and presentations using data analytics tools to monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators
• Lead initiatives to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency while implementing industry standards in midstream operations; Lead all aspects of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate between teams of technical resources and business partners, develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress; Collaborator Engagement by acting as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and understanding of business requirements
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners, including vendors and regulatory bodies
• Write and / or review project business requirements, process and data flows, and other related documentation
• Perform analysis of business and user needs, assist teams with the planning and design of processes and System
