Your mission

As Chief of Staff youll work handinhand with Metalshubs Founders and Leadership Team driving strategic initiatives shaping growth and playing a key role in transforming the metals mining and recycling industry enabling our mission to transform the metals mining and recycling industry.

Your Mission :

  • Strategy Steering : Take ownership of key strategic processes including setting and tracking OKRs ensuring alignment across all departments.
  • Investor Relations : Collaborate with the Founders on building and maintaining strong relationships with our investors supporting fundraising and communication efforts.
  • Commercial Projects : Lead critical business initiatives such as gotomarket strategies market expansion and business development projects to accelerate growth.
  • DataDriven Decision Making : Stay close to performance data analyze key drivers and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Problem Solving : Partner with departments to unblock challenges drive impact and ensure smooth execution of crossfunctional projects.
  • Leadership Support : Act as a sounding board and trusted advisor to the Founders and leadership team managing competing priorities and enabling better decisions.

Your skillset

  • You have min. 4 years of experience in fastpaced environments such as management consulting startups or scaleups with a strong focus on strategy and execution.
  • Highly analytical and quantitatively adept with a solutionoriented problemsolving mindset and a high level of energy.
  • A track record of taking ownership and improving processes or outcomes.
  • Skilled at managing diverse stakeholders and use constructive feedback and guidance to drive results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
