Analyze, document, and resolve system and applicationerrors effectively. Your Skills : Completed training as an ITSpecialist for System Integration or 2+ years of experience in ITsupport. Strong experience with the Microsoft environment.Proficiency in using ticketing systems. Excellent communicationskills in fluent German (C1) and good English language proficiencyfor daily use.
