What youll do:

• Design and implement a KPI dashboard for financial and business forecasting.

• Analyze financial data to spot trends and support strategic decisions.

• Collaborate closely with the finance team to understand needs and deliver actionable insights.

• Automate reporting processes and explore ways to use AI to make our data work for usfast reliably and with a dash of innovation.

• Present your findings in a clear engaging way to both technical and non-technical colleagues

Youll be a great fit if you:

• Love turning data into stories that drive real business decisions.

• Already have 14 years experience in data analysis or dashboarding (experience in finance startups or AI is a strong plus).

• Work confidently with Python or R and at least one dashboard tool (e.g. Tableau Power BI Looker Metabase).

• Feel comfortable writing SQL and working with large datasets based on Oracle Apex.

• Are genuinely curious about AI and how it can transform modern finance.

• Enjoy explaining complex topics in a way that nontechnical stakeholders immediately understand.

• Thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment where priorities can shift quickly.

• Are based in Frankfurt Hamburg Rotterdam or nearby and communicate fluently in German and English.
