Finance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your financial expertise to support your assigned organization. On a daily basis, you will compile and analyze key metrics, identify trends and challenges, and effectively communicate your findings to relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you will demonstrate your proficiency by recommending actionable strategies to enhance the financial performance of a specific business unit. The work model for the role is : hybrid This role is contributing to the Local Division Energy Industries in Minden. You will be mainly accountable for :

• Conducting analyses of business performance against budget and forecast, and proposing appropriate improvement actions.
• Ensuring the accuracy and quality of financial data and business information in accordance with established standards and financial closing schedules.
• Preparing financial analyses, reporting insights to business managers, and offering recommendations to enhance performance.
• Developing and managing processes and tools to ensure the transparency and reliability of financial data and business information.
• Regularly reviewing the Project Financial Execution Plan (including billing plan, revenue recognition plan, payment securities, consortium administration, cost-to-complete assessments, etc.) for customer projects.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the relevant organization. Our team dynamics You will join a high performing and strongly empowered team, where you will be able to thrive.
