Your Role – meaningful & rewarding​

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, data experts and business stakeholders, to understand business needs and build operational data-driven solutions that have global impact and scale to all EON countries
• Take responsibility for the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, define scope and deliverables with the business and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
• Communicate findings, insights and decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment and mentor junior colleagues
• Share your ideas and convince to go new ways

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded​

• Extensive professional experience in data engineering positions and a consulting background
• Hands-on experience in building end-to-end data solutions
• Experience with software development best practices, including version control, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), monitoring, automation and testing
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Airflow, Kafka, Containerization and Helm Charts
• Experience in Microsoft Azure, Infrastructure-as-a-Code as well as building secure cloud architecture
• Experience with our technology stack which includes Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Terraform, Python, Spark
• Excellent communication skills engaging various stakeholders matching the audience
• Fluent in English and German
