Your tasks :
Targeted implementation of group wide standards at the Hemer plant for processes, procedures, machines, tools and Lean ManagementPlanning, implementation and tracking of cost improvement measures across processes in production, coordination with central departmentsSupporting the plant management in the strategic orientation of the Hemer plantImplement inhouse automatisation programs from concept to realisation (from robot / cobot Pick & Place to more complex applications like inline production chains)Execute new product development driven by central R & D; Implementation of new products in production until Start of Production (SOP)Technical and disciplinary management of the Industrial Engineering team at the Hemer plantYour profile :
Completed engineering or master's degree in the fields of mechanical engineering, production engineering or process engineering or a comparable academic trainingSolid expertise in metal and possibly plastics processes, surface technology and assembly processesSeveral years of professional experience in industrial engineering, ideally in a multi-stage production plantLeadership experience, assertiveness and strong goal-orientationHigh methodological competence in project management, problem solving and creativity techniquesGood communication and presentation skills as well as business fluent German and English written and spokenSoftware & methodology (i.e. PLC) Know How, as well as experience in Industry 4.0 applications (including AI) would be highly appreciatedOur offers :
