Specialist (m / f / d) Corporate Planning and Reporting

What to expect :

• You will support the operation and continuous optimization of standard planning and reporting solutions used in local and international operating units, including :
• Maintenance of master data for financial and additional reporting
• Administration of user access rights
• General end user support
• Communication of downtimes during system upgrades voluptua
• In performing the above tasks, you will ensure compliance with processes and guidelines to ensure data integrity and consistency : - Checking the plausibility of content, process steps and responsibilities for requests - Receive, coordinate and complain about user requests - Checking requests or change requests for completeness and plausibility - Requesting cost estimates from the IT department for changes and / or new implementations - In connection with the implementation of change requests or system upgrades, you will test new functions and document the results (user acceptance test)
• Finally, you will conduct training courses and provide manuals for users
