Specialist (m/f/d) Corporate Planning and Reporting

What to expect:

• You will support the operation and continuous optimization of standard planning and reporting solutions used in local and international operating units, including:
  - Maintenance of master data for financial and additional reporting
  - Administration of user access rights
  - General end user support
  - Communication of downtimes during system upgrades voluptua
• In performing the above tasks, you will ensure compliance with processes and guidelines to ensure data integrity and consistency: - Checking the plausibility of content, process steps and responsibilities for requests - Receive, coordinate and complain about user requests - Checking requests or change requests for completeness and plausibility - Requesting cost estimates from the IT department for changes and/or new implementations - In connection with the implementation of change requests or system upgrades, you will test new functions and document the results (user acceptance test)
• Finally, you will conduct training courses and provide manuals for users

What you bring along:

• You successfully completed your bachelor’s degree or dual study certificate in Business Administration or Information Technology
• You have 1-2 years work experience in Finance and Controlling, Shared Service Organization or Information Technology and experience in master data maintenance in a data steward role would be an added advantage
• Technical skills and technical affinity in reporting systems & tools, preferably SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Analysis for Office (AfO)
• Process thinking, team-oriented and structured working style to promote effective collaboration across Business Units and Functions
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal are mandatory
