Project Overview :
Our client is looking for an SAP SuccessFactors (EC) Consultant to :
- Maintain Operations : Ensure the smooth running and operational efficiency of their Employee Central’ solution.
- Project Involvement : Work on a critical SAP SuccessFactors project involving the integration of a substitute archive system, including OpenText within SAP SuccessFactors for managing Employee Data’.
Essential Skills :
- Language Proficiency : Fluent in both German and English (verbal and written).
- Functional Expertise : Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors functional consulting, with a strong ability to customize and configure within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Stakeholder Management : Proven skills in managing stakeholders and end users effectively.
- Travel Flexibility : Willing and able to travel if required.
Desirable Skills :
- SAP HCM Experience : Experience working with SAP HCM (Payroll) Interfaces.
- Sub-Module Expertise : Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors sub-modules related to Time Management and / or Compensation.
