Intern - Sales / Account Management

We are looking for a motivated, curious intern with strong communication skills to join our International Sales team and support our business development, with immediate effect. This is a paid 4-6 months internship.

Tasks

• Maintain and update customer information in CRM.
• Track customer interactions and communications.
• Research existing accounts to understand needs and opportunities.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling chances.
• Support Account Managers in proposal preparation and contract management.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate across teams for timely customer issue resolution.
• Conduct market and competitive research, support account-specific initiatives, and manage projects under senior guidance.
