Project : DataNet Organizational Change Management

Context : The project focuses on Organizational Change Management within the DataNet ecosystem, which is designed for data integration, visualization, and analytics services. The consultant will facilitate the transition towards agile workflows while addressing technology-related challenges and requirements in data management and AI.

Services Required :

  • Identification and mitigation of technology-related risks.
  • Collection and qualification of technical and business requirements.
  • Process consulting for operational processes, including design and implementation of change measures.
  • Facilitate workshops to support agile digitalization projects.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to align activities with business objectives.
  • Assessment of current technological infrastructure and development of improvement recommendations.

Project Details :

  • Location : Frankfurt am Main, Germany (with flexibility for other locations within Germany).
  • Service Provision : Services are primarily provided remotely but may require on-site attendance for specific appointments.
  • Technical Requirements :

  • Experience :
  • At least 5 years of experience in business transformation.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in agile contexts, working with large organizations (10,000+ employees).
  • At least 2 years of experience in collecting requirements for IT-related programs interfacing with specialist departments.
  • Proven experience in AI-supported specialist processes and stakeholder communication.
  • Skills :
  • Expertise in systemic approaches to infrastructure data management.
  • Proficient in project management tools like JIRA and documentation platforms such as Confluence and Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with decision-makers, including C-level executives.
  • Familiarity with SAFe methodology and experience in coaching and supporting program leaders.
