In order to support the growth in our Transfer Pricing team, we are currently looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager (m / f)
You will be joining the Transfer Pricing team composed of dedicated and multicultural teammates to deliver exceptional client service and help grow the practice. You will be involved in the whole range of transfer pricing services for our diverse clientele.
What will you do?
Manage the conduct of transfer pricing services ranging from documentation, advisory and planning to advance pricing agreements and audit defense for all types of intra-group transactions;
Follow trends and developments in Luxembourg and international transfer pricing case law and practices;
Share and exchange knowledge with the other members of the transfer pricing team and with colleagues from other tax and non-tax functions, as well as with our Global TP Network;
Play an active role in the preparation of internal and external trainings and seminars, articles and newsletters;
Identify and actively pursue opportunities to support the further development of the practice, together with the leaders;
Supervise, train and support the transfer pricing team;
Assist the leaders in managing the practice;
Leverage AI-driven tools, data analytics platforms and automation technologies to enhance efficiency, risk assessment and documentation accuracy;
Contribute to the development and implementation of AI-based solutions for transfer pricing modelling, financial data analysis, and report generation within the firm.
This offer is for you if :
You are a strong specialist with minimum 5-7 years full-time experience in transfer pricing and at least 1 year experience in Luxemburg;
You have experience and strong knowledge in TP for the financial services industry;
You have proven project management and people management skills and you have applied these skills already in a developed transfer pricing environment;
With a structured and analytical approach, you are able to understand the needs of our clients and to solve their often complex technical problems;
You have an entrepreneurial and growth mindset;
Clients appreciate your pro-active and solution-driven approach;
You have demonstrated already that you are able to build and maintain long-term relationships;
You have a Master degree in Business administration, Economics, Tax law, Corporate Finance or Finance and Accounting;
You are fluent in English, French and / or German language abilities would be an asset;
You have familiarity with emerging AI tools, and you actively use digital and AI tools for data analysis and efficiency, with a genuine enthusiasm to further expand these capabilities.
