As a Senior Business Intelligence Manager of our Operations team you will be pivotal in boosting our operational performance with strategic data analysis. You will be handling data requests from the operations department improving data flow and access within the Metabase platform. This role bridges technical data analysis and business insights. It also involves orchestrating data roundtables with BI Analysts from different departments to foster collaboration and share knowledge.

• Own and further develop the marketing analytics infrastructure end-to-end from data models and dashboards to reporting frameworks
• Bridge data and marketing teams by steering technical projects identifying improvements and enhancing analytics capabilities
• Drive KPI performance and optimization strategies across seven-figure monthly budgets
• Uncover actionable growth insights through deep analytical work
• Enable the marketing team through analytics education and cross-functional partnership
