Unser HR Global Mobility Team stellt eine reibungslose Abwicklung internationaler Entsendungen mit Schwerpunkt JapanDeutschland sicher. Zur Unterstützung dieses Teams suchen wir ab sofort Verstärkung an unserem Standort in Eching . Die Position ist als geringfügige Beschäftigung für ein Jahr befristet.

Ihre Aufgaben im Detail :

• Unterstützung bei verschiedenen administrativen Büro- und Verwaltungstätigkeiten sowie bei der digitalen und analogen Archivierung von Dokumenten und Ablage;
• Übernahme täglicher operativer Aufgaben und Unterstützung bei Engpässen im Tagesgeschäft;
• Bearbeitung der Post sowie Erstellung Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Dokumenten inklusive Digitalisierung von Unterlagen;
• Pflege von Daten in unseren Systemen;
• Bei Bedarf Begleitung unserer Expatriates zu Behördengängen (inklusive Dolmetschertätigkeiten);
• Präsenz im Büro zur effizienten Sicherstellung der Dokumentenverwaltung ist wünschenswert.
