Our client, a fast-growing company offering accounting, fund administration, and investor reporting services to real estate and private equity sectors, is looking for a head of HR to join them as a freelance.

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Head of HR for a 4-month assignment in Luxembourg. You will develop HR strategies, manage operations, and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business needs.
• Oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and wellbeing.
• Redesign and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with local laws.
• Lead recruitment, performance reviews, and career development for senior management.
• Promote organizational culture and manage employee relations.
• Manage HR budget and oversee HR process automation.
