Your responsibilities :

  • You are the first point of contact via phone or email for our B2B customers in Northern Europe (Denmark Sweden Norway Finland).
  • As their competent partner you will support them in all their questions related to orders and deliveries and support them in the best way possible.
  • Your duties also include the acceptance of orders by phone and email and the processing in our ERP system.
  • Servicing our already registered dealers is your focus but you also help to win new customers and interest them in a cooperation with Parts Europe.

You bring along :

  • You have already gained first professional experience in the areas of customer service customer support internal sales or similar.
  • Ideally you share our passion for motorcycles ATV / UTV bicycles etc. and the associated products and accessories.
  • A professional level of English (written and spoken) is mandatory for this role besides you are fluent in at least one other Nordic language (e.g. Danish Swedish Norwegian Finnish).
  • You are openminded communicative and have a distinct service and customer orientation.
  • A routine handling of the common MS Office programs and experience in using an ERP system roundyour profile.
