Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to join our team and manage the centralised relationship with accounts including MediaMarkt, Online, Grocer & others in Germany.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management within the consumer electronics or retail industry, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.

Requirements :

  • Experience in sales and account management, preferably within the consumer electronics or retail industry
  • Proven track record of success in managing key retail accounts ideally MSH and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of the German retail market, particularly within the consumer electronics sector
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • You must be a self-starter, highly motivated and ambitious with an entrepreneurial mindset.
