Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for IT recruitment? Step into a high-impact role where you’ll consult with clients, translate IT project needs into staffing solutions, and manage thriving client accounts.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert consultation via video calls (and occasional client visits) to understand IT project needs.
- Bridge client requirements with recruitment solutions, offering flexible contract options (temporary, freelance, or permanent placement).
- Build expertise in 2 3 key industries, such as Banking or Insurance.
- Drive account growth by managing 10+ active accounts and targeting 1 2 successful deals per month.
- Cultivate new opportunities, aiming to onboard 10 new clients annually.
Who You Are
- A professional with experience in staffing services, ideally with 1+ years in IT recruitment company
- Sales-oriented, with a proven ability to engage in both account management and proactive sales activities.
- A solutions-driven individual with a steady career history, demonstrating reliability and a hunger for success.
