Senior Legal Counsel (m / w / d)

Advise and support all of Exyte's internal clients(Global and Regional Business Units, Operations and FinanceFunctions) on all legal aspects that are relevant for their day today work, including drafting and revising client contracts,subcontracts, non-disclosure agreements and providing advice incommercial, administrative and corporate law aspects. In thisposition you will provide support to our business development andproject execution teams in the Continental Europe (COE) Region andsupport Corporate initiatives in the headquarters.
