What Youll Do:

• Support large and complex clients by optimizing their digital advertising strategies for stronger performance.
• Offer in-depth consultative guidance tailored to each clients goals and challenges.
• Analyze campaign performance identify growth opportunities and craft long-term strategic recommendations.
• Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships based on trust and consistent value.
• Conduct regular check-ins to review progress refine strategies and ensure ongoing success.
• Educate clients on advanced advertising best practices and platform features to help them stay competitive.

What Were Looking For:

• BA/BS degree in Marketing Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• C2 German and strong English communication skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales online advertising or account management.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and marketing strategy; experience with larger clients is a plus.
• A mid/senior-level profile capable of providing advanced strategic consultations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative client-focused approach.
