Junior IT System Administrator

Location : Ruppichteroth

We are currently seeking a motivated individual with 1-4 years of work experience for our injection moulding business pillar at our subsidiary, Happ GmbH in Ruppichteroth. We have an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to learn and become a member of our supportive European IT team.

Main duties :

Be the single point of contact and provide on-site support to Happ employees, and remotely to employees across JSP EMEA. The job includes but is not limited to :

  • Ensuring system availability for the business with reliable Information Systems.
  • Supply staff computers and phones along with relevant equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain helpdesk tickets supporting staff.
  • Supporting infrastructure and systems. This includes; servers, network devices, firewalls, multi-functional printers, Wi-Fi, surveillance cameras, telephony, etc.
  • Ensure smooth IT operation of the injection moulding production environment.
  • Participate in or manage EMEA-wide IT projects.

Factors considered for your success :

  • Ability and capacity to learn new things quickly.
  • Experience of supporting Microsoft Windows including Active Directory.
  • Familiar with Microsoft O365, VMware vSphere and Wi-Fi networks.
  • A keen interest for technology.
  • Motivation for further development.
  • Very good level of German and English languages.
