Front Office & Space Manager
BRYCK GmbH & Co. KG is looking for a proactive and dynamic Co-Working Space Manager to join our innovation hub in the Ruhr area.
As a key member of our team, you will ensure the smooth operation of our co-working space while creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our members, who are dedicated to shaping a sustainable and livable future.
This role combines facility management with community-building , providing a unique opportunity to oversee the day-to-day logistics of the space while fostering meaningful connections between members.

Responsibilities
- You ensure the operability of the Co-Working space management of office supplies.
- You take over general facility management tasks, such as management of provider contracts.
- You administrate incoming and outgoing invoices.
- You manage and coordinate renovation work in the office with craftsmen and architects.
- You identify means to improve the facilitation of our community.
- You partly take on front desk activities.
- You assist community members and their guests.
- You conduct general correspondence with members and answer inquiries.
- You support the implementation of various community events.
- You maintain the co-working space : Making sure the rooms look clean, tidy and inviting, the printers work, the snack box is full, etc.
Requirements
- You are open minded.
- You enjoy the contact with people, have positive charisma and are service oriented.
- You are experienced in the field of facility management at an office space.
- You are not afraid of a screwdriver.
- You are fluent in German and English.
- You work independently and take self-initiative.
