Our esteemed partner, a leading firm in Luxembourg, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their expert team. Your Role :

As a Senior Accountant, you will :

  • Manage the full accounting cycle for a portfolio (holding and financing companies), ensuring compliance with Luxembourg regulations.
  • Prepare annual financial statements under Lux GAAP, and assist with IFRS reporting.
  • Coordinate tax compliance including corporate tax and VAT returns.
  • Liaise with auditors and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth audit processes.
  • Support senior management in financial analysis and reporting, helping to shape business decisions.
  • Review and supervise junior accountants, providing guidance and training where necessary.

Your Profile :

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on SOPARFI or holding companies.
  • Strong knowledge of Lux GAAP and relevant Luxembourg tax regulations.
  • Fluency in English is essential, proficiency in French and German is considered a valuable advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • A team player, capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
