Your mission

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Assess VAT on incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Prepare monthly quarterly and yearend financial statements
  • Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax obligations
  • Act as a point of contact for internal departments and external advisors
  • Support the finance team in daytoday operations and process optimisation
  • Assist with audit and analysis tasks and other duties as assigned

Your profile

  • Completed training as an accountant or degree in economics with a focus on accounting
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience
  • Fluent in English and Chinese; knowledge of German an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of import / export regulations and tax law
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and familiar with DATEV and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal departments and external consultants
  • Excellent analytical skills for financial reporting and valuation
