Design Manager (mwd) Data Centre Construction

As a Design Manager (m / w / d) in our Data Centre Construction team you will be responsible for :

• Overseeing the design process ensuring client requirements are met technically and economically
• Ensuring compliance with international standards local building codes and industry best practices
• Coordinating between disciplines (Architecture Electrical Mechanical / MEP) and managing stakeholder communication
• Identifying and mitigating design-related risks including supply chain and technical planning issues
• Collaborating with the project management team on budget control and schedule management
• Staying informed of emerging data centre technologies and recommending innovative solutions
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships translating their needs into design requirements
