Quality Assurance Lead- Frankfurt To 85,000 DOE + 28,000 EU Allowance + Shared Accommodation Our client is an established main contractor working across Europe specialising in the delivery of construction and engineering projects on behalf of global blue-chip clients. They offer a full turnkey service for their clients from design, construction, and handover across the full range of CSA (civil, structural, architectural), MEP (mechanical and electrical) and commissioning works. The need now exists for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Lead to work on projects within various sectors such as Life Sciences, Advanced Technology, Data Centres, and Fire Protection. As a Quality Assurance Lead you will oversee quality control and assurance processes ensuring that all project activities comply with specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities & Requirements : Working closely with Quality Manager you will develop and implement the project’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control plan to establish quality benchmarks and ensure adherence to project standards, codes, and specifications. Oversee regular inspections and testing of materials, workmanship, and processes and coordinate with third-party testing agencies as required ensuring compliance with test results. Prepare, maintain, and submit accurate records of inspections, testing results, and quality control performance for review or submission to relevant senior managers. Identify, report, and track non-conformances and conduct root cause analysis to address any recurring quality issues ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively. Work closely with construction managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to address quality concerns and ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, safety guidelines, and environmental standards. Degree / qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, QA / QC, or related field. 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance roles within construction. Significant experience using BIM 360, integrated management systems, and as internal quality lead auditor are desirable. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
