In times of skills shortage and a candidate-led market acquiring high calibre talent to an organisation is fundamental in securing the success of a growing business. Become part of the team and face the interesting matters that currently accompany us in our day-to-day recruiting work. This is an exciting opportunity for a curious and driven student to play an integral part of our Early Careers, Recruiting and Talent Attraction team.

  • Recruiting : Support full-lifecycle recruiting processes & take over responsibility for our student recruiting, ensure excellent candidate experience
  • Talent Attraction : Actively contribute to our talent attraction strategy, create content for various platforms and come up with one-of-a kind HR Marketing initiatives
  • Early Careers :  Support organising and participate in Assessment Centers for our Early Career Programmes
  • Data & KPI Management : Manage and analyse relevant data and prepare reporting deliverables
  • Overall support in recruiting and career events

Your powerful skills

  • Currently studying towards your Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or completing a post-university GAP year
  • High level of self-drive and ‘can do’ attitude as well as ability to work independently and in teams
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Desire to continuously improve and challenge the status quo
  • Creative mindset, passion for Social Media and content creation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
