Role Overview :

As a Content Moderator, you will review user-generated content to ensure alignment with platform guidelines. Your role involves enforcing content standards, addressing user concerns, and collaborating with your team to uphold a positive and secure online environment. Key Responsibilities :

  • Content Review : Evaluate videos, images, comments, and links to ensure compliance with community standards and remove inappropriate material.

  • User Support : Respond to user appeals with clear explanations for moderation decisions.
  • Regulatory Compliance : Collaborate with your team to meet all regulatory requirements.

  • Process Improvement : Provide feedback to optimize moderation tools and workflows.

    • Requirements :

  • Proficiency in German (B2 / C1 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
  • Customer support experience is preferable
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
  • Desire to learn and advance in the field
