We are hiring for the position of a Financial & Operations Specialist to be based in the office of Euromed Pharma DACH in 14979 Großbeeren for immediate start.

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team? We’re seeking a Financial & Operations Specialist to support our management and accounting department with a focus on financial and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain, update, and track financial data in our database
• Prepare reports and manage invoicing processes
• Create and oversee shipping documents
• Handle preparatory bookkeeping tasks
• Manage dunning processes and ensure timely follow-ups
