We are looking for you, located in Trier or 100% remote in Germany as a Software Developer (m / f / d) Platform

Your tasks are :

  • Design and implement state of the Art application platform and Tests for the ORBIS U framework
  • Define setup and develop cloud based software with focus on AWS
  • Ensure installability, portability, scalability and servicability
  • Deliver re-usable application and platform components
  • Define and design new products as well as incremental re-work of current products.
  • Prepare and conduct user testing together with product managers.
  • Perform design reviews to evaluate and iterate the designs.
  • Work with both local and international product teams.

You’ll bring in :

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science and / or information systems or an equivalent combination of education and / or experience
  • Strong know how in Kubernetes, Docker, Java, Go, JavaEE, JBoss, Wildfly, Oracle, SQL
  • Strong know how In testing methodologies and test automation
  • Practical experience in development of enterprise applications with web technologies
  • Experience in setting up CI environments and DevOps methodologies.
  • Knowledge in development of Web and Desktop Applications
  • Strong oral and written English language skills
