Your Tasks

Searched is a strategic finance expert (m / f / d) to lead the Plan-to-Steer (P2S) process transformation. P2S is the backbone of financial steering covering planning forecasting budgeting and performance management to support data-driven decision-making. This role is crucial in ensuring that financial planning processes are efficient automated and strategically aligned with business objectives enabling a proactive finance function.

• Lead P2S transformation as part of a strategic finance team leveraging a greenfield approach
• Own and optimize end-to-end P2S processes including budgeting forecasting management reporting and financial performance analysis
• Ensure data-driven financial steering enabling real-time insights and strategic decision-making
• Drive standardization of planning models ensuring consistency across countries and business units
• Implement automation in financial planning and forecasting leveraging S / 4HANA AI and predictive analytics
• Collaborate with Global finance community Tech teams & other partners to ensure seamless integration of planning processes
• Collaborate on defining KPIs and governance frameworks to measure financial performance and strategic alignment
• Build and maintain a P2S community ensuring alignment across global business units
