Mergers and Acquisitions Consultant

We are partnering with a Germany based PE backed business to find an Interim Transaction Services Director / Vendor Assist Lead for a period of 6 months. If you are immediately available and have extensive PE experience combined with International finance leadership exposure, we would like to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have acted as the go-to Transaction Services expert on multiple occasions within Private Equity portfolio companies internationally, involving themselves in various sale / exit projects from a financial perspective. The ideal candidate will come from a Big 4 Transaction services environment and then joined an International business in an M&A Leadership capacity. You will lead all aspects of the businesses' transaction projects from liaison with advisors, control of VDD, Data room, and valuation models. You will be used to supporting the CFO and liaising with potential buyers, as well as leading divestitures and separation projects.

Responsibilities :

• Lead all aspects of the business's transaction projects.
• Liaise with advisors and control VDD.
• Manage Data room and valuation models.
• Support the CFO and liaise with potential buyers.
• Lead divestitures and separation projects.
